How can someone check a certificate is real?

Every certificate has a QR code and a short link to its Certale story page, which shows who issued it, when, and a verified badge.

Is scanning a certificate free?

Always, for anyone, and no account is needed. Scanning the QR code or opening the link shows the certificate’s story page and its verified badge, whichever plan the issuer is on.

Can I add names from Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload .xlsx or .csv, match your columns to the fields on the certificate, preview every one, then download or email them all. Free includes 25 names a month, Pro 300 and Business 1,000. Single certificates are unlimited on every plan.

Which formats and page sizes can I export?

PDF, PNG, JPG and PowerPoint, in A4, US Letter, A3, 16:9 and 4:3, portrait or landscape. Free includes PDF and PNG; Pro and Business add print-quality export in every size, plus PowerPoint.

What is the “Made with Certale” credit?

Certificates made on the Free plan carry a small “Made with Certale” line and link, on the certificate and on its story page. Pro and Business remove it.

Who can see the Wall of Tales?

Only recipients who choose to make their tale public. Private and link-only are the defaults, and certificates for children are never public.

Does Certale work in Arabic and other languages?
