What can I make certificates for with Certale?
Almost any achievement: graduations, employee awards, volunteering, training and CPD, online courses, events and conferences, and sport. There are 1,000+ designs to start from, with native Arabic editions, and every one can be reworded for whatever you want to recognise.
Do I need a different plan for each use case?
No. Every plan works for every use case. Plans differ in how many names you can issue from a spreadsheet each month (25 on Free, 300 on Pro, 1,000 on Business) and in extras such as the brand kit, email delivery and analytics.
How does someone check that a certificate is real?
They scan its QR code or open its short link. The story page shows who issued it, when, and a verified badge, or a clear warning if the issuer has revoked it. Checking is free on every plan and needs no account.
Can I issue certificates in languages other than English?
Yes. Certale works in 20 languages, including right-to-left Arabic with designs and fonts made for Arabic rather than mirrored from English. You can issue one batch in one language and the next in another from the same account.
What happens to certificates for children?
Certificates for under-18s can be private (opened from the QR code) or shared by private link, but never public. Whichever use case they come from, they never appear on the Wall of Tales and are hidden from search engines.
